World Apartments aims to provide a high quality service to our clients. We want to provide clients with higher returns, higher occupancy, more property specific data, more flexibility and lower costs. In order to do this World Apartments has a simple and competitive fee structure:

Short term (stays of up to 90 nights)
Commission: 15.4%
Letting fee: None

Long term (stays of 3 months+)
Commission: 5.5%
Letting Fee: 1 weeks rental, 2 weeks for leases of 12 months+.

All prices are inclusive of GST.
