Delivery Policy

This delivery statement defines the service standard that World Apartments provides and the details of how supply of goods and services are provided by us. It applies to all transaction made through our website.

Service Standard
Reservations received by World Apartments will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your payment has been received & processed. After making a successful online reservation you will receive a confirmation by email, containing your booking reservation details, reservation number and detailed instructions regarding your arrival, accommodation and departure. This email will be sent to the email address provided and will normally be sent within a few minutes of the successful transaction taking place.

Payment
All payments are processed in Australian Dollars. We accept American Express, Diners, MasterCard and VISA credit cards. A transaction surcharge fee applies to all payments received by credit card. We do not accept cash, cheques, or EFT payments for reservations made online. GST will be charged on any service element of your booking. This includes:

• Departure and other cleaning charges;

• Credit card surcharges;

• additional services such as items available for hire;

• provision for additional guests; and

• other services provided by World Apartments or its contractors.

Please note that your credit card will be charged at the time your reservation is made. Payment for your reservation is required in advance and in full. When making a reservation with us be asked to agree to our terms & conditions prior to providing your credit card details. We cannot accept a reservation without the ‘terms & conditions’ having been accepted.
